With guidance from Mayo Clinic’s Infection Prevention and Control team, Higgins Hotel is implementing enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols in all guest rooms and public spaces as part of the Hilton CleanStay program.

  • High-touch areas in guest rooms – including light switches, door handles, TV remotes, and thermostats - are disinfected and deep-cleaned with special attention.

  • Paper amenities in guest rooms - including pens, paper, and directories - have been removed and supplemented with digital alternatives (or are available upon request)
  • The hotel has implemented innovative disinfection technologies, including electrostatic sprayers, to thoroughly sanitize surfaces.

  • Guests can check in, choose their room, access their room with a digital room key, and check out with zero contact using their mobile devices through the Hilton Honors mobile app.

1 King Roosevelt Suite

Our largest and most comfortable suite, the 1 King Roosevelt Suite is an elegant, light-filled oasis in the heart of the Arts & Warehouse District. Measuring nearly 1,000 square feet, this stunning residential-style, 8th floor corner suite facing The National WWII Museum features floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, custom chandeliers, and original artwork. The entrance foyer leads to an airy, open space with two sitting areas, a half-bath, a dining area seating eight, and a kitchenette. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
