Sunday - Thursday : 4pm - 10pm Friday & Saturday: 4pm - 11pm | $5 DRINKS

Enjoy a menu of local favorites, finger food and items from the grill. Seating is “first come, first serve” no reservations are required. We open a 4pm, so early arrival for best seating choice is wise.

For groups of 60 -250 for buy out and private rental, consult with a catering manager by completing the RFP below. To close the restaurant for private use requires a $7500 closure fee, plus minimum catered food and beverage. Reservations and advance contract are required.

      The Higgins offers several unique spaces for your private cocktail event or dinner, including:

      • The Patriots Circle Lounge, featuring soft seating and a wonderful windowed ground floor reception experience for up to 70 guests.
      • Kilroy’s Lounge, a great lobby-centered bar that can be set for parties of 50-80.
      • Café Normandie's Ste. Mére Eglise Room, accommodating up to 20 guests for formal dining.
      • The Casablanca Room, accommodating 50-60 for a seated dinner, with a 2nd floor balcony overlooking Andrew Higgins Blvd.
      • The Roosevelt Suite, ideal for a private dinner as described in the “details” tab.
      • The Ste Mere Eglise Room Offers dignified conference for 16 or separate tables of 4 for up to 20 adjacent to Café Normandie. Catering menus, or a la carte are possible.
